At
1 a.m. on December 21, 2009, in the dark of night, the first cloture vote
was taken on H.R. 3590, Senator Harry Reid’s Obama Deathcare Bill.
The
bill and all actions taken thus far can be found by clicking
here and, in the search slot, entering “H.R. 3590”, clicking
on "Bill Number" then clicking “SEARCH”. (This procedure
will work for any bill you wish to look at.)
How
your Senator voted on cloture December 21, 2009, in the middle of the
night, can
be found here and also accessible under “All Congressional Actions
with Amendments” when H.R. 3590 is put in the search slot on the
main page of thomas.loc.gov. The vote was all Democrats (60) voting “yes”
and all Republicans (40) voting “no”.
You
will note that this bill, voted on by the Senate, is not a Senate bill;
it is a House bill. How can it be that a House bill was used to introduce
language written by the Senate?
A House
bill was used, its language stricken and substituted by Senator Reid and
his co-conspirators, because the Senate cannot, constitutionally, introduce
a bill that appropriates money.
As such,
the Senate's way of circumventing this is to take a House bill, sent to
the Senate after House passage, and strike the language and introduce
language written by Senators.
Is this
constitutional? Let’s put it this way, that was not what was intended
when the Constitution was written. But then, the Constitution, in the
words of John Adams, was written for a moral and religious people; being
wholly inadequate for people who have no morals, no conscience and certainly
no principles or standards; who believe right and wrong are situational,
pliant to whatever their agenda is.
That
pretty much covers those currently “elected” to serve the people
in Washington DC. Their sole purpose is to circumvent what the Constitution
says in pursuit of their own unconstitutional agenda. To that end, what
the Constitution requires is just something to be ignored. We've seen
this happen time and again, including on January 8, 2009, when the Senate
and House, in contravention to Article II, Section I, Clause 5, United
States Constitution, certified the election of an illegal alien as president.
It is
telling, indeed, that Senator Harry Reid scheduled the vote on H.R. 3590
for the middle of the night, being the unethical, amoral coward that he
is. Quite obviously, Reid believed this middle of the night vote would
keep Senators from incurring the ire of the 70% of Americans who oppose
Obama Deathcare.
Calls
to the Capital Hill Switchboard, beginning at 12 p.m EST approximate,
resulted in the caller being 1) hung up on; 2) forwarded to their Senator's
voice mail which was either full or shut off; or 3) forwarded to a dead-end
recording. The switchboard refused to forward calls to the Senate floor
and refused to get messages to Senators. Quite obviously, this was deliberate,
the ultimate in arrogance because Senators, knowing that 70% of the American
people do not want the Obama Deathcare Bill, think they can cram it down
our throats, irrespective.
Telling
also, is that all 2,076
pages of H.R. 3590, was not posted in the form of H.R. 3590 but rather
as Senate Amendment 2786, cosponsored by Baucus (D-MT), Dodd (D-CT) and
Harkin (D-IA).
Want
to wager on how many of the Senators have actually read that 2,076 page
amendment to know what is in it?
Senators
Patty Murray (D-WA) and Maria Cantwell (D-WA), being the good little Marxist
Obamanoids that they are, went along like the good little sheep that they
are, and voted for cloture on H.R. 3590; even though the only people in
Washington State who want government run healthcare are the multitude
of illegal aliens to whom both Murray and Cantwell pander, and the never-do-wells
who, because of their own poor choices, do not have health care coverage
and want someone else to pay for their poor choices. Those types always
vote for people with no morals, no principles and not values who believe,
as Marxists do, that wealth should be redistributed from those who have
made good and wise choices to those who have made poor and detrimental
choices.
Murray
and Cantwell see absolutely nothing wrong with 70% of Washingtonians working
and paying taxes so the other 30% who don't work can live off the backs
of those who do work. That’s called “being empathetic” in Murray’s
and Cantwell's view.
Of course,
at the same time, Murray and Cantwell aren't willing to give up their
millions to the cause; just the taxpayer's hard-earned wages.
To date,
Senator Patty Murray has amassed a campaign war chest of close to a $1,000,000.
Interestingly, her campaign war chest comes from four sources that should
be of note, particularly in this instance, to every Washingtonian: political
action committees (PAC's) outside Washington State, pharmaceutical companies,
medical groups, and insurance companies.
While
it's bad enough that Murray is obviously bought and paid for (isn't that
what a whore is?) by PAC’s outside Washington State, it is equally obvious
that while Murray has worked diligently to convince the people of Washington
State that her stand on the Obama Deathcare Bill was in the best interests
of the people of Washington State, to whom Murray was and really is beholden
is the pharmaceutical companies, medical groups and insurance companies
who stand to increase their profits under the Obama Deathcare Bill at
the expense of Washington residents.
Who
wins is the very companies, groups and organizations that Murray has railed
against; who loses are the people of Washington State, in the loss of
health-care benefits and mediocre care that will result, and in the increase
in taxes and healthcare premiums.
Senator
Patty Murray comes up for re-election in 2010. She has adamantly refused
to listen to the majority of the people of Washington State who told her
to vote against H.R. 3590.
It’s
time Patty Murray becomes unemployed. Let's make it happen.
If your
Senator comes up for election in 2010 and voted for the Obama Deathcare
Bill, start working now to make sure he/she does not get re-elected.
Work
to elect people, both Senate and House, who will pledge to repeal every
illegal and unconstitutional bill that has been passed since the Oval
Office was seized by the Marxist illegal alien usurper, Also Known As
(AKA) Barack Hussein Obama.
Senator
Whitehouse (D-RI) made the following comments, aimed at those who oppose
the Obama Deathcare Bill, “They are desperate to break this president.
They have ardent supporters who are nearly hysterical at the very election
of President Barack Obama. The birthers, the fanatics, the people running
around in right-wing militia and Aryan support groups, it is unbearable
to them that President Barack Obama should exist. That is one powerful
reason. It is not the only one.”
Aryan
support groups are neo-Nazi’s. Nazi is another name for national socialism
which finds its roots in Marxism, the religion of AKA and obviously, Whitehouse
also. Quite obviously, Whitehouse is attempting to paint himself a patriot
by smearing those with whom he is most likely to associate.
Senator
Whitehouse's comments make it apparent just how far out of touch with
the American people he is; just how little he understands the Constitution
and Bill of Rights; just how supercilious he is toward the American people
and the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
One
has to wonder if Senator Whitehouse will be found hiding under his bed,
shaking like a leaf, when he's thrown out of office by those whom he has
unjustly smeared due to his treasonous support of the Marxist illegal
alien usurper and his agenda.
The
Revolution began at 1 a.m. on December 21st. Let’s send the treasonous
Marxists and their ilk packing. Let’s take back our country, our Constitution
and our Bill of Rights.
