unrestricted abortion rights

Just when you think you have survived the capsized boat and are almost to
shore, you find out there are more sharks nibbling at your ankles. We
are getting used to the headline now that Obama won, higher taxes are
coming, redistribution of our hard earned income will happen, the fairness
doctrine will be pushed and talk radio threatened.
Freedom of speech has always been pushed in our country by the far left when it comes
to freedom to push and promote Islamic fundamentalism in schools and
work places, gay rights, illegal alien rights, terrorist rights and
those who are atheists and hate God. There are plenty of lawsuits hurling
around to help and promote all these rights and causes. When it comes
to tax payers, gun owners, Christians, those who are married and not
sleeping around, babies and the elderly we have almost zero rights.
Our traditions, our God, our symbols and history are simply in the way.
Its not just President elect Obama’s views and voting record that
I’m concerned about but the push over decades from the left, Hillary
Clinton and most the Democrats to push abortion to the absurd, extreme.
Just in April 2007, Obama and Hillary Clinton re-introduced the federal
Freedom of Choice Act (FOCA). Notice the manipulative wording….freedom,
choice….we all want freedom and choice don’t we? When studying
what this act will do if passed, it is exactly the opposite of freedom
but rather tyranny and stark evil! Obama has promised to sign FOCA as
soon as he gets into office.

Denise Burk, V.P. of Legal Affairs offers the following, chilling information.
FOCA provides that “It is the policy of the United States that every woman has
the fundamental right to choose to bear a child, to terminate a pregnancy
prior to fetal viability, or to terminate a pregnancy after fetal viability
when necessary to protect the life or health of the woman.”
Further, FOCA would specifically invalidate any “statue, ordinance, regulation,
administrative order, decision, policy, practice, or other action,”
of any federal, state, or local government or governmental official
(or any person acting under government authority) that would “deny
or interfere with a woman’s right to choose abortion, or that
would discriminate against the exercise of the right in the regulation
or provision of benefits, facilities, services, or information.”
These are just some of the impact specifics of FOCA that Obama and most of
congress want in!
1. This would stop the ban on partial birth abortions (maybe they could
make a new TV show “Big Time Baby Bungles”. We could vote
on which leg or arm gets ripped apart first.)
2. Stop Informed consent laws (you have the right to
an abortion no matter what age or who knows)
3. Waiting periods go away (hurry up and kill this
thing)
4. Parental consent and notification laws become a
fossil
5. Legal protections for Catholic and other religiously-affiliated
hospitals who, while providing care to millions of poor and uninsured
Americans, refuse to allow abortions within their facilities (get ready
for the gun to your head “its her right to have an abortion and
you Doc will do it or else!”
6. No more State and federal legal protections for
individual healthcare provider’s who decline to participate in
abortions.
The bottom line of this Bill that Obama and the leftist extremists running congress
at the moment will try and push through is to aggressively promote abortion
in every way at every level, while putting a gun to the head of hospitals
and doctors who believe it is wrong and not their obligation to do an
abortion!
With FOCA there is no such thing as morality, parents rights to know, Doctor’s
rights to practice what they believe is right, protection under the
law and concern for the constitutional rights of babies!’
I’m trying desperately to be positive with the spirit and plans revealed already
from this new administration but there is no way to minimize what has
happened. Obama wants to spend hundreds of billions to protect the mythological
needs of the environment, but babies must die. Obama wants change in
our country and we are to celebrate the first African American President
but we must become slaves and give up our money for the non-tax paying
poor. Obama wants to increase the popularity of our image around the
world as he talks without preconditions to terrorists and our enemies.
How does this forecast look so far? Rights to slaughter babies, yes. Rights
to be a good submissive citizen and give up your money for others without
question, yes. Rights to give up your guns and covert with terrorists…yes.
We must find our voice, identify and clarify for ourselves what is right
and wrong, good and evil…NOT…Republican or Democrat. Fight
for, vote for and speak up about what is moral and truly right whether
it is popular or not! Pray that our God will guide us to say and do
the right thing in the months ahead. Some have said that the pendulum
usually swings too far to the left or right. We have certainly seen
our country swing to the FAR LEFT this election.
The up side of all this “swing” is that we now have the opportunity to
redefine, clarify and improve the guts and goals of the Republican party
and conservative thinking. The Republicans have lost their way for too
long and they must look within and become clear and principled again.
Once they do that and promote conservative candidates who are less concerned
about going across the isle and more concerned about voting on integrity
and principle, we will win again and bring balance back. Let us bring
the bill or rights and constitution back from its dangerous tilt!
