Battle plan for
the 50 states

However,
as Congressman Ron Paul pointed
out in an interview September 19, 2008, this bail out won't
be the last. As a matter of fact, brace yourself: it looks
like you and I will also be bailing out foreign banks! Oh, yeah,
they'll do it, you just watch. And, here
come the lawsuits! Don't worry, they'll happen here soon.
As conditions worsen, any mass disruption would finish off the economy.
We are a productive people, but our prosperity and freedom can only
thrive under a free enterprise system, not Fascism or communism. Any
major disruption to commerce in this country by angry mobs because of
the continued financial catastrophe staring us in the face will be met
with brute force. It is an ugly picture.
Congress and the U.S. Constitution were given life by the states who were guaranteed
a republican form of government under Art. IV, section 4. Over the decades
the states have allowed themselves to become nothing more than door
mats to a dangerous, centralized government, forfeiting their rights
under the Tenth Amendment:
"Another not unimportant consideration is that the powers of the general government
will be, and indeed must be, principally employed upon external objects,
such as war, peace, negotiations with foreign powers and foreign commerce.
In its internal operations it can touch but few objects, except to introduce
regulations beneficial to the commerce, intercourse and other relations,
between the states, and to lay taxes for the common good. The powers
of the states, on the other hand, extend to all objects, which, in the
ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives, and liberties, and property
of the people, and the internal order, improvement and prosperity of
the state." --Joseph Story, associate justice, U.S. Supreme Court,
Commentaries on the Constitution, 1833
The state legislatures must stop this federal intrusion under the guise
of "fighting the war on terrorism." Dr. Edwin Vieira's brilliant
writings on the constitutional militia under the control of the
states is the real homeland security that must be reconstituted, not
active military deployed within the states of the Union.
The state legislatures must stand up and denounce the fraud of the Seventeenth
Amendment. There is no other way to get rid of these self-righteous
crooks in the U.S. Senate like Levin, McCain, Biden, Feinstein, Schumer,
Clinton and all the rest. What an ignorant, dumbed down population does
at the ballot box is finished off by the machines and scanners to ensure
the desired outcome. The job of the U.S. Senate is trade and their decisions
have KILLED off a productive nation that no longer even produces what
we need for survival, not to mention the loss of millions of good paying
jobs. The job of the U.S. Senate is affirming federal judges and justices
of the U.S. Supreme Court. A massive failure by that body for a hundred
years. The list goes on. If you are unfamiliar with this issue, please
take the time over lunch, coffee or this weekend to read these important
columns:
States
must force 17th Amendment showdown
The gray
wolf, the ESA & the 17th Amendment
It's all about
jurisdiction
The unconstitutional
Federal Department of Education is nothing more than a massive waste
of money whose agenda is total control of the indoctrination of America's
children into becoming global citizens while drowning them in filth.
The states must kick them out since Congress refuses to abolish this
unnecessary cabinet.
Another monstrous waste of money is the unconstitutional
Federal Environmental Protection Agency. Another layer of government
that is completely unnecessary and must be abolished. All states of
the Union have their own and one size does NOT fit all.
The feds continue to shove unfunded mandates down the throats of the states
who seem content to put up it with few exceptions. This financial earthquake
is going to continue and the states, already cash strapped from mismanagement
and federal mandates, are going to find themselves insolvent:
Washington
State revenues drop as economy falls
"Fewer housing permits, falling car sales and fewer jobs in the construction
sector helped blow away $529 million in expected future state tax collections,
top state revenue forecasters said Thursday. The new quarterly forecast,
issued by the Office of the Economic and Revenue Forecast Council in
Olympia, sets up a potential $3.2 billion budget shortfall in 2009."
It will gather water like a giant tsunami. Mark my words.
Activate America
Well, here I am. Another election cycle asking Americans to do the same thing
I've asked the past ten elections. Perhaps the people are finally ready
to back up 'Enough is enough.' If the people are silent now, prepare
to be fitted for your chains. Americans must do as the fabulous folks
in Tennessee did back in June, 2000. They got in the face of their legislature:
"NASHVILLE,
Tenn. -- Police cars blockaded Tennessee state Capitol entrances and
troopers patrolled legislative hallways this week as the state legislature
found itself under siege by thousands of angry taxpayers
upset at a plan to implement a state income tax."
And, they won: NASHVILLE,
Tenn. -- "Ending one of the longest legislative sessions in state
history, the Tennessee legislature temporarily sealed the fate of hard-fought
efforts to implement a state income tax after weeks of vocal anti-tax
protests by thousands of Tennesseans. Before adjourning the session
Wednesday, the legislature overrode Gov. Don Sundquist's veto of the
state budget, just 60 hours before a possible state government shutdown."
Members of the state legislatures are up for reelection. There are a lot of
good legislators out there, but they are out numbered by the rotten
political animals who care nothing about the U.S. Constitution or their
own state constitutions. Between now and November 4th, all of these
candidates and incumbents from sheriffs to mayors to the state house
will be out campaigning, participating in debates and those all important
town hall meetings. 95% of all state legislators, senators and reps,
do not care what you want nor are they afraid of we the people -- except
in the great State of Tennessee when THOUSANDS came out and told them
NO.
You are not alone. There are millions of Americans just like you who are
fed up. They realize we are being reduced to a third world country and
being forced into poverty while the elites rape and pillage this country.
How do you do this? Call talk radio in your area and let everyone know
when your state legislator will be attending any function from dinners
to town hall meetings to debates. Let them know if you have a constitutional
group in the area, where you're going to meet to prepare to attend all
these functions. Call your area Constitution Party or Republican Party
and go to their meetings. Try to get them to join in these events. These
are American issues, not political party squabbles.
Town Hall meetings are deliberately held during the day when people are working,
but a fair number are held at night. This is where our retirees and
folks on flexible schedules must step forward. Get someone to do a flyer
to pass out. If your group puts together a good one on the issues, I'll
post it in my columns and on my web site so people can use it in their
state.
Those who make the most noise get heard. Got that? Three people showing
up to politely grill a candidate or incumbent won't make a difference,
but 300 or 3000 will send a very clear message, just like those great
Tennesseans. Just like the 10,000 who
marched in one city in Sweden on September 20, 2008, against globalization.
Go on line or call your state rep and senator and ask them for a schedule
of appearances. It's easy and keep the pressure on right up the election.
This is YOUR opportunity to become part of the solution. This is YOUR opportunity
to demand the state legislatures (1) reconstitute the constitutional
militias because our very survival depends on it. If
you are unfamiliar with this critical issue, you can listen
to Dr. Vieira on audio here; (2) Seventeenth Amendment challenge;
(3) no military on our streets for any reason; (4) NO more sanctuary
cities. ALL illegal aliens, regardless of age, must be rounded up and
deported; (5) any issues that are germane for your state and get rid
of all unconstitutional laws on the books. We don't need thousands of
new laws, we need to get rid of the bad ones and enforce the constitutional
ones for a limited form of republican government.
America is crying out for leadership. There is plenty in this country, we just
have to get you all connected together, i.e., gun organizations, veterans
groups, parents groups -- you name it. This is our country and we have
to fight for it because the clock is ticking. Our children and grand
children have NO future if we don't force our state legislatures and
Congress to return to constitutional government.
If you're a student in college, put a poster up on every bulletin board
authorized. Pass them out at lunch or breaks. Tune out the distractions,
cancel the fishing trip or ball game. Use the Internet to look up groups
in your area. Use key words like constitutional meetings or citizens
for constitutional government or Ron Paul meet up groups. They're organized
in the thousands. Call your friends and like minded individuals who
all know ten people who know ten people. Spread the word over the back
yard fence, around the water cooler, at the dog show or NASCAR races.
When you attend these events you will meet more people and our
power will grow. Our forces will multiply many times over.
Organize your groups for more than one event scheduled on the same night.
When Bill Clinton was to attend a private fund raiser over in the SF Bay
Area, 'soccer moms with a brain' got the address and showed up with
kids in strollers and signs that said, "Sexual predator coming
to the neighborhood." Clinton skipped the event. We the
people must go out in full force between now and November 4th.
Silence is not an option. Then, in January, we the people must crank
it up when the state legislatures begin their new sessions. NO MORE
BUSINESS AS USUAL. THIS IS GOING TO BE YOUR AGENDA AND YOU WORK FOR
US.
I will help you all I can with my columns to get the word out. Forget
the next election or 2012. Our destiny is now. We are
at the crossroads and only by putting fear of the people back into these
public servants will we get them to respond. Not with violence, but
with numbers. We must do this because none of us want to see societal
breakdown. It will lead to chaos and give the shadow government the
excuse they need to bring down the hammer.
Listen and don't kill the messengers!
I
