Get Out Of Denial:

I knew it would happen. As soon as my last column was posted, along came the e-mails in defense of someone's member of Congress: "It's not my congressman, it's the Democrats." Same old denial. A sincere man sent me this: "I would suggest that Congressman Steve King from Iowa is a true patriot, also." Well, let's take a look at King's record regarding legislation and the U.S. Constitution:
H.RES.942 : Recognizing the centennial anniversary on August 5, 2006, of the Iranian constitution of 1906.
It's not the business of a house member from the State of Iowa to waste time introducing a resolution recognizing the constitution of any foreign country. America is in full meltdown and what does a member of Congress waste his time with? This kind of garbage and that's what it is, garbage.
H.J.RES.16 : Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the sixteenth article of amendment.
This is good, but one wonders why King would waste time introducing an amendment to the U.S. Constitution under Article V (such an amendment has to be ratified by 2/3rds of the states of the Union which would take years, if not a decade to get through the process), when all King has to do is stand on the house floor and tell the truth: the Sixteenth Amendment was never ratified, period. It is simply a law that does not exist, therefore, it is null and void.
H.R.3095 : To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to clarify that wages paid to unauthorized aliens may not be deducted from gross income, and for other purposes.
This is just more treating the symptoms instead of curing the cancer. Illegal aliens, regardless of country of origin, have NO constitutional rights. Their only right is to be immediately deported. They have NO right to work in this country. Employers who knowingly have hired illegals in the past have nothing to whine and cry about and what hubris they want to be able to deduct any wages illegally paid to illegals.
Congress as a whole, with the exception of Ron Paul and Tom Tancredo, have sat on their backsides and allowed the disastrous immigration "reform" baloney of 1986 gather steam into a full blown invasion destroying this country and still, members of Congress want to play around with this type of worthless legislation. Had Congress been doing their job the past 25 years, any employer caught employing illegals, regardless of country of origin, should be arrested and thrown in jail. Forget fines, they just pay them and then send their flunkies up to the local street corner and hire more illegals. Send the employers to jail and see how things turn around.
H.AMDT.311 to H.R.2745 Amendment places limits on the United States contributions to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East.
Same old treating the symptoms. The US has no constitutional authority being involved with the communist UN. The counterfeit U.S. Senate entered into this treaty in violation of many clauses of the U.S. Constitution. The American people have been raped for over 50 years to pay for this communist organization whose mission is to destroy the sovereignty of the US. King should be leading the way to formally get the US out of the UN instead of introducing yet more legislation to steal from you to give to any branch of the UN. Let's not forget there is NO money in the US Treasury to fund any of this unconstitutional pillage of the people's purse - it all has to be borrowed every single day and that debt is being slapped upon the backs of YOUR children.
H.AMDT.374 to H.R.3057 Amendment reduces and then increases by the same amount funding for the Global HIV/AIDS Initiative at the Department of State.

No where does the U.S. Constitution, the supreme law of the land, authorize Congress to steal from you to give money to any "global" funding for medical treatment, research or foreign aid of any flavor (including TENS of BILLIONS to foreign countries to build up their military machines) and I am sick to death of foreigners like Bonehead Bono blasting that the US doesn't give enough for his pet projects. Here's a news flash for Bono: you know nothing about our Constitution, so shut up and go away. The spread of HIV/AIDS is a true human tragedy. However, it is up to the governments of every country on the globe under their laws to see to their people; additional resources come from private organizations who do give so much. But, Congress cannot simply steal from the public treasury to fund this type of charity operation. HIV/AIDS is completely preventable, but it appears that people world wide (exempting those who contract it through tainted blood supplies, etc) simply choose not to control the spread of this deadly disease by choosing of their own free will to engage in activities which continue to contaminate and kill.
H.AMDT.769 to H.R.609 Amendment sought to require each institution of higher education that receives Federal funds to provide to the Office for Civil Rights of the Department of Education a report regarding its students admissions process beginning with a statement of whether race, color, or national origin is given any weight in the student admissions process.
More treating the symptoms instead of curing the cancer. Art. 1, Sec. 8 of the U.S. Constitution does NOT authorize Congress to meddle into education. The monstrous money sucking failure called the Federal Department of Education given to us by the incompetent moron, Jimmy Carter, is unconstitutional and every penny authorized by Congress for its operation is unlawful. Education is a state's rights issue, not a federal one.
And, the grand daddy of King's continued sell out of the American worker: his endorsement of the destruction of the family owned farms and ranches and another giant step towards a one world government monitoring system:
H.R.3170 : To establish a Livestock Identification Board to create and implement a mandatory national livestock identification system.
Shame, shame, shame on Congressman King. He cares nothing for farmers or anyone else who raises livestock; see here and here - very important. If King had any understanding of agriculture and really wanted to help American farmers and ranchers, he would be shouting down the roof top to abolish the privately owned "Federal" Reserve and get rid of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938; see here. For this one piece of legislation alone, King should be thrown out of office. Add King's vote for CAFTA and he should be fired post haste. (King said CAFTA would strengthen "our democracy." Another idiot who doesn't even know our legal form of government.) Our most important job sectors, ag, industrial, manufacturing, are in ruins because of these unconstitutional treaties like NAFTA, GATT and now CAFTA. The last thing we need is more legislation which will continue destroying those who toil long and hard to earn a living and provide the food on the tables of America.
This is just a small sample of King's "work" on behalf of his constituents and I say to my sincere e-mailer: Your congressman is upholding his oath less than 50% of the time and the rest of his legislation is in violation of Art. 1, Section 8 of the Constitution and selling US out along the way. If you were an employer, would you continue to reward and employ an individual who performed less than 50% of the time and whose actions hurt people? Of course not. So, why should you continue to excuse your member of Congress, your state legislature, sheriff, county commissioner or any other elected public servant for doing the same? Know what this is? It's lowering the standards of what you expect because that incumbent is "the lesser of two evils" or because that incumbent is sympathetic to spending that puts money in your pocket.
How many more new "laws" or resolutions do we need? Go take a look at your House member and counterfeit U.S. Senator's voting record and the endless, overwhelmingly unconstitutional bills they have/are introducing and perhaps it will demonstrate to you why I say vote against every incumbent in the U.S. Congress in November except Ron Paul and Tom Tancredo. However, the sad reality is that your vote might slip through and count, but with the machines controlling the outcome, it's a very, very bad situation we are faced with and no time to correct it for this election cycle.
Here is the latest 2006 Pig Book of how the current Congress has spent/authorized the expenditure of TRILLIONS of dollars when the U.S. Treasury is currently OVERDRAWN by $8.8 TRILLION dollars. Yet, the foolish will continue to demand more and more "bacon" for their district, more "free" prescription pills and more BILLIONS for some nebulous "war on terrorism" instead of booting the whole bunch out the door. The day of reckoning is coming and those who aren't prepared for the worst will be the ones who go under and my e-mailer shouldn't look to Congressman King to save his constituents.
Think it can't happen here in the US? Wishful thinking isn't going to get the job done, only tens of millions of Americans getting out of denial and doing everything they can to help educate their family, friends, business colleagues, our fellow Americans down at the local VFW, the local grange, local shooting club, local church, quilt shows, dogs shows, watering hole and at town hall meetings. The more people who know the truth will mean the difference. I hope wonderful organizations, i.e., Tom DeWeese's American Policy Center, will put some of their critical information on CDs as I have done to help get the truth out to Americans on the blue print for total destruction: sustainable development.
