ACLU Must Lose its
Tax-Exempt Status

The American Civil Liberties Union is destroying America's culture and Constitution, while the federal government allows it to operate as a nonprofit, tax-exempt charitable organization.
It's time the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) revokes the ACLU's free ride on the working backs of America's taxpayers.
The ACLU no longer represents the best interests in America, but the worst interests, from pedophiles and sex offenders, to Marxists and Communists.
The ACLU has become an ugly destructive force undermining the greatest nation civilization has ever known.
The ACLU is an insult to a nation founded on faith, freedom and opportunity. Instead of reflecting the glories of America, he ACLU now stands for the American Criminal Liberties Union because it represents more criminals than innocent, law-abiding citizens of America.
The best and fastest way to abolish the ACLU is to strip it of its tax-exempt status. That can be done with a stroke of the pen by the IRS commissioner. We need to put pressure on the IRS to make sure that all charitable organizations are in the public interests -not the political interests of a group of socialist-Marxist lawyers suing innocent citizens, or suing local, state and federal governments - and challenging the U.S. Constitution, which upholds the "rule of law."
The ACLU creates its own lawsuits to undermine the Constitution, the foundation of our 229-year-old Republic.
What's more important? Our sacred Constitution, or a perverted organization defending the worst elements of our free society?
Save the Constitution! Abolish the ACLU!
In 1970, I wrote the 50th anniversary of the founding of the ACLU for The Sunday Star-Ledger, where I worked as a special writer and columnist for 26 years. At the time, I thought the ACLU was representing those who were not criminals, but the mainstream Americans - law-abiding citizens who believed in the U.S. Constitution.
Here's a few lines from that 1970 article in The Star-Ledger:
“For half a century, the American Civil Liberties Union has been zealously defending the U.S. Bill of Rights. In doing so, the ACLU has found itself defending the Constitutional Rights of such widely disparate groups as the Nazi and Vietniks, Communists and Hippies, Black Panthers and policemen, school teachers and Mafiosi.
"'Unless we defend the rights of them all, we'll lose our own,' says ACLU founder Roger Baldwin, who hails from Oakland, Bergen County, NJ.' "
Baldwin, then 86, was a professor at the University of Puerto Rico.
Since then, the ACLU has taken a 180-degree turn-around and ruined its reputation by defending "man-boy" relationships, drug dealers, thieves and other crooks and misfits that make up their clientele.
What happened was that the ACLU was taken over by liberal socialists that are anti-God, anti-religion, anti-Constitution and anti-traditional American values. They favor atheists and agnostics and anyone who’s against capitalism, the engine of our free enterprise system.
ACLU wants God and religion removed from all public places. That's now what America's founders believed when they adopted the First Amendment - the right of free speech not just in the public square but everywhere across the country.
They rant about the "separation of church and state." Show me where any of our governments - local, state and federal - have imposed a national religion on this great land of ours.
Nowhere! Religion is not the business of government. Never has been. Religion is expressed where people worship, in their homes, religious sanctuaries, and private religious schools, clubs and organizations.
Knowing all that, why does the ACLU continue to use the Far Left to set the "modern" Marxist agenda for America? Is it because the ACLU was founded by socialists, not independent free thinkers like our founding fathers?
We need a national organization to sue the IRS for failing to uphold the U.S. Constitution by allowing the ACLU to operate as a bogus nonprofit, tax-exempt charitable organization.
Acclaimed author and TV host of the O’Reilly Factor calls the ACLU "the most dangerous organization in America." Bill O'Reilly has been trying for some three years to shut down the ACLU because of its un-American activities.
Bill O'Reilly, also a popular radio host and columnist, should use his media clout to take the ACLU abuses directly to the IRS. He can start by inviting the IRS commissioner to be a guest on Cable TV's No. 1 news program, The O'Reilly Factor.
You lead, Bill, and we the working taxpayers of America, will follow in this campaign to put the UCLA out of business before it does any more damage to the USA.
